4.3 Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase. Refund eligibility is at our sole discretion, subject to completion status.
5.1 All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials—is our property or licensed to us.
5.2 You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
5.3 Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Our total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8.2 We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aqsa Skills Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Site.
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
